When will I recieve my order?

All orders ship within 2-3 business days. A shipment confirmation will go out upon shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once shipped you will receive your order within 3-8 business days. Please note, weekends do not count as business days.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has been confirmed through our system and payment has been received.

I am unable to place my order, what do I do?

If an error message keeps occurring in your checkout process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. You can also try shopping from a new browser or using a different payment method such as PayPal. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please contact us.

Can I make changes to an order I placed?

Since our orders are shipped automatically from our warehouse no manual changes can be made. Please check your items and address details to ensure the correct details are confirmed at checkout.

How do I use my store credit or promo code?

An email will be sent to you with a link to access your store credit once your return is received and approved. The amount will automatically be applied at checkout on the new order. The amount will be the same as your previous purchase to repurchase new items when desired, for store credit. Store credit will never expire, so use it at any time! A special code will be sent via email for any special promo's as they occur. Apply in the discount code section at checkout. Promo codes will last based on the date of expiration and the amount will vary per promotion.

What is your return policy?

We understand it may be difficult to find the right fit online. Returns are available for items (unworn, undamaged, tags/hygiene stickers still attached, unwashed and in original packaging) for in store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Any return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our returns and exchanges page for the full list of instructions. Where are CANALUZ SWIM's items made?

CANALUZ SWIM's swimsuits are made and manufactured overseas in Indonesia, Bali. All Accessories are Made and manufactured in China. Products are all designed in Sunny California.
