Exchanges

To start an exchange please contact us with the order number and style details listed in the message section. If approved for the exchange with an approval email, please print out and include the return slip inside your package completed to ensure the exchange can be identified and accepted upon arrival. The return slip must be included in the package for the returning items to be accepted. Item/s MUST be shipped back in original packaging to be accepted. Please note we only accept items that have tags still attached, hygiene stickers intact, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping and handling charges. 

 

Store Credit

Store credit can be used any time, on any of items available online. To receive store credit please contact us with the order number and style details listed in the message section. Once you received a store credit return email, you may package your return and include the return slip completed to be identified and accepted upon arrival. The return slip must be included in the package for the returning items to be accepted. Item/s MUST be shipped back in original packaging to be accepted. Please note we only accept items that have tags still attached, hygiene stickers intact, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. Your store credit will be issued 5 to 7 business days upon receiving the original item/s. 

 

For all exchanges and store credit, you have 14 days only from the day you received your items to contact us for approval and to send them back to us. 

 

Please note, all final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for exchanges. For sanitary reasons only try on swimwear over your underwear, WE DO NOT accept returns that have been worn or are soiled/stained. Rejected returns will be immediately shipped back to the customer.
